Preschool Fast Facts

Please join us on Thursday, August 5th at 6PM, as we host our return-to-school town hall meeting. During the meeting, we will discuss our return-to-school procedures and answer questions you may have about the safety of our students. You may access the meeting by visiting our website at www.dist159.com.

Join us for our Colin Powell Townhall Meeting on Thursday, August 12th from 6pm - 7pm.

You are cordially invited to the Ground Breaking Ceremony for Elementary School District 159 STEM Center/District Facility, 20648 Matteson Ave., Matteson, IL.. The ceremony will take place on August 3rd at 10:00AM. Please RSVP Mrs. Sheila Friday at [email protected] by August 2nd.

Registration/Screening for PK will be conducted by Appointment ONLY, on
Tuesday, August 3 or Wednesday, August 4, 2021. Contact Woodgate School at 708-720-1107, July 5-23, to schedule an appointment for your child's assessment/screening. Click on Read Full Story or the "Woodgate Pre-School For All Registration" link under NEWS for additional information.

The Colin Powell Jump Start program will be an orientation/reorientation opportunity for our students to meet our awesome staff, familiarize themselves with the building, hear about the great activities we offer, review the rules/expectations, and plant seeds for success. Students are encouraged to attend.

Online Registration for the 2021-2022 school year will open on Monday, June 28th. Online Registration is available to returning families. In order to register online you will require a 'Snap Code", the codes were mailed to home addresses and also sent to your email on file. To register, go to the districts website and click on the green Snap Code button located in the upper right hand-side of the page.
