greetings everyone I'm Doctor Brunson the prowl superintendent of Elementary School District 159 congratulations are Regional champ the colon Powell lady Eagles good luck on the sectionals genius week is next week if you haven't signed up please consider doing so the committee of the whole is on December 6th at 6:30 p.m. we hope to see you there we also have a school Improvement day on December 8th which means there isn't half day attendance for students we are so excited to announce that we will have our groundbreaking ceremony at Cedar Prairie on December 14th at 1 p.m. the Board of Education meeting is December 20th at 7:30 p.m. Open session start please join us winter break is coming and it start December 25th and end on January 6th school resume Monday January 8th Happy New Year I want to remind everyone that we are a PBIS school with a positive behavioral interventions and supports and our students follow the Three B's to be respectful to be responsible and to be safe it is really important for students to remember that I was at Three B's while we are riding the school bus it is important for us to be good neighbors and good Community member we followed the 3 B's in school on field trips and during extra curricular activities the code mother has arrived and I want to remind everyone it is important to dress appropriately for the weather at the elementary school students will have recess daily as long as the temperature is 32° or above and that it is raining or snowing so please dress accordingly please be responsible and keep up with those gloves and those hats lastly I want to wish you all a happy healthy and safe holiday season please find time for joy and celebration and we will see you in the new year and as always thank you for your continued support as we strive to thrive in one
