greetings Elementary School District 159 families students and staff I am your friend and it is mae-mae is Asian-American in Islander Heritage Month Reserve in the United States during the month of May and recognizes the car Asian American and Pacific Islander American to the history culture and itchy of the United States mental health awareness month has been observed in the United States since 1949 every year during the month of May please join this national movement to raise the awareness about mental health together we can fight the stigma Provide support educate the public and advocate for policies that support the millions of people in the United States are affected by mental illness May is also a very busy month for us as we start to wrap up school the state of the district address is tomorrow May 4th 6 p.m. at the district office the Board of Ed meeting is May 10th at 6:30 p.m. at the district office the playground ribbon-cutting is May 11th the ceremonies are as follow 99300 Armstrong it's Eden Prairie 10:30 would be at 11 a.m. will be ending at Marty Hicks the distinguished mothers award ceremony is May 18th at 6 p.m. at 6 p.m. at coldheart graduation is May 26th at 6 p.m. Tinley Park Convention Center this is a busy month and again thank you for your continued support as we work together to thrive in 159
