greetings Elementary School District 159 for the beginning of the school year I do want first start by saying it is such a joy to see all of our students come and be back in person I have had a great opportunity to go to all the schools and welcoming students on the playground at The Exorcist amazing got a chance to Mars to the community got a chance and such a warm welcome I'm I'm feeling really great about what the school year is going to bring us I like to thank all the people who came out elected officials and everyone who donated we have so many donations we had over 800 backpacks and hotdogs music it was so so much everyone for coming out on September 23rd that is our first parent-teacher conference we will have time to talk about and that runs from 10 to 2 from 3 to 6 p.m. please come out meet your teachers and talk about what's in store for finally we have so many great things that are going on in our school district but all of our young scholars have an opportunity to name contest starting September 1st and will run through outfit September the rules you have to figure out a person and think about that fart stink science technology engineering and math someone maybe someone local someone that is from our community maybe someone that's from Illinois but think of that person's a little bit of research and yes Harris Teeter Lewis scholar your help so very shortly after stop down to finalist and then we'll narrow it down even further to three finalists and then we will have our wonderful board will allow them to be the one to make that final final decision look for us to make the Nae Nae Nae so once again we are going to be committed to our well-being and bologna so come join us
