Student registration will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

The registration schedule is as follows: Sieden Prairie, Woodgate, Marya Yates, and Colin Powell : 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM and due to the power outage Neil Armstrong registration has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 13th 10:00AM to 1:00PM.

Please note that Marya Yates registration will be held at the District Office, located at 20700 Matteson Ave., Matteson, IL 60443

The Board of Education Meeting scheduled on Wednesday, August 12th has been cancelled.

On Saturday, August 22nd at Colin Powell Middle School, the Mobile School-Based Health Clinic will be onsite offering school and sports physicals as well as vaccinations. Click on link for details

The 2026-2027 School year for students will begin on Monday, August 24th

ESD 159 Board of Education invites you to the naming ceremony of the media center at Marya Yates Elementary School. The center will be named in honor of former teacher and coach Mr. Darryl Henderson. The event will take place at Marya Yates on Sept. 11th, 2026 from 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
