Students and staff at Sieden Prairie School are in the giving spirit. As a school, one component of Principal McCaskill's vision is to build relationships. This holiday season, one way that Sieden Prairie is giving back to the community is by making No Sew blankets for some of the residents at Generation Applewood Nursing Home.

When Sieden Prairie Elementary School teachers and students entered the gymnasium today, they had no idea of the surprise ahead of them. They thought they were there to celebrate School Spirit Day, but instead received a $10,000.00 check from Burlington Stores, Inc., through its partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org

The Illinois Science Assessment will be given to students in grades 5 and 8 on Thursday, March 21,2019. Make-ups for the test will be given on Friday, March 22nd.

The Illinois Assessment of Readiness will be given on Monday, March 25 through Wednesday, March 27, 2019. Make-ups will be given on March 28th and 29th.

On Tuesday, August 21st, from 12:30pm thru 2:30pm, the district will hold late registration at your student(s) assigned school. Contact the school for additional details.
