Elementary School District 159 Late Student Registration

All new and returning students will be enrolled at the home school with the exception of the Affidavit of Residency students (note below). Doors will close at 11:00 am for registration purposes and no additional registration will take place until the next scheduled day. Registration at the local schools will be as follows:
August 18, 2008 9 – 11 am
August 19, 2008 9 – 11 am
August 20, 2008 9 – 11 am
August 21, 2008 No registration
August 22, 2008 No registration
August 25, 2008 No registration
August 26, 2008 9 – 11 am
August 27, 2008 9 – 11 am
August 28, 2008 9 – 11 am
August 29, 2008 No registration
September 1, 2008 School Holiday
September 2, 2008 9 – 11 am
September 3, 2008 9 – 11 am
September 4, 2008 9 – 11 am
September 5, 2008 9 – 11 am
All Affidavit of Residency registrations will be completed at the District 159 Administrative Center, 6202 Vollmer Road, Matteson. All parents/guardians who will register through this process must contact the front desk at the Administrative Center to make an appointment for registration beginning August 18, 2008 at 720-1300 and/or 720-6639.
Please be mindful that all documentation verifying residency ( current Drivers License, current lease/mortgage, two current utility bills to the District 159 residence) and fees ($87 for K-5, $130 for Grades 6-7, $180 for Grade 8) must be paid in full at time of registration.
