Gettysburg Address

Neil Armstrong School in Richton Park took
part in the Gettysburg's Address reading sponsored by the Illinois State
Board of Education. Student's from across Illinois all read the famous
words of Abraham Lincoln at the same time and it was webcast. The whole
school came out for the event. Seventeen students will become part of the
official reading to be part of the Guinness book of records in the year
2010. It was very exciting. The President of the Village of Richton Park
was here as a witness as well as other public officials.
