8th Grade Elective

Each of the lessons listed here contain material which we will cover in our class.  You might be expected to cover one or two of these lessons in a class.   The links will be activated as the lessons are introduced.  You will be able to go back and review material or catch up if you have been absent. 

EVERY FRIDAY we will be discussing current technologies, new trends in technology, news about technology.  All students will be required to bring in an article on Friday with a summary of what they discovered or learned about technology.  The article can be from a magazine, the newspaper, the Internet or other sources. 

Make sure you read each lesson, follow the links and read the material at the linked sites.  Read the material in the textbook. We will be discussing and using these materials in class.  Write down words you don't know and make sure you find out what they mean.  Complete all assignments given in the lesson.
